RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 10 working days of purchase. The product must be returned intact with the original label. Please allow at least 14 working days for returns to be processed.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is damaged or defective, or there has been an error on the part of Boutique Salmo Nature.

• In the event of an exchange, shipping costs will be charged to the customer even if the value of the new product shipped exceeds $150.00 before taxes.
• In the case of in-store credit on gift cards, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the amount credited.

Please note: The purchase of products in liquidation and reduced by 30% or more are considered as “final sale”, and no return, exchange or credit is applicable.
